WINDSET FARMS® Announces Seven Days of Ned's Favorite Products Giveaway; Randi Church Comments
DELTA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA - WINDSET FARMS® is partnering with Chef Ned Bell to kick off the holiday season with a seven-day giveaway campaign on Instagram! This festive social media promotion will select a lucky winner to receive a gift bundle from one of Chef Ned’s favorite B.C.-based artisans and a Windset Farms veggie care package!
“We loved working with Chef Ned this past year on our four-part Recipe Series,” commented Randi Church, Marketing Manager. “This promotion is the perfect continuation of our partnership and shared passion for agriculture and local business. We want to spread some holiday cheer while giving something back to our communities.”
According to a press release, each day will feature different local products that complement Windset’s greenhouse-grown produce from companies that share Windset’s passion for sustainability and high-quality ingredients. The final day Grand Prize will include everything featured throughout the week and Chef Ned's favorite kitchen appliance—a Vitamix!
This campaign will run simultaneously with Windset Farms’ first winter harvest from its greenhouse expansion in Delta, B.C. The new 48 acres of LED-lit greenhouse production grows a variety of tomatoes and cucumbers, including tomatoes on the vine, grape tomatoes, long English cucumbers, and mini cucumbers. The campaign aims to boost brand awareness for Windset Farms’ high-quality produce while supporting local businesses.
Chef Ned announced "Windset’s 7 Days of Ned's Favorite Products Giveaway" on December 3, 2024, during a live segment on CTV Morning, a Canadian news channel. Viewers tuned in to learn about the contest and watch as Chef Ned prepared two festive holiday appetizers using Windset’s exclusive VIVO Tomatoes on the Vine and SWEETIES™ Seedless Mini Peppers.
