SANTA CRUZ, CA - A new Vice President of Sales and Business Development is on the scene, and he is set to spearhead exponential growth for Awe Sum Organics. With over 25 years of experience, Kevin Leap brings vital expertise to the executive position as he steps in to oversee the producer’s Sales Department.

In this executive role, Leap will lead the company’s sales strategy with a primary focus on customer service, robust relationships, and organic and fair trade. As Awe Sum noted in a recent press release, Leap has the broad knowledge base, perspective, and experience needed to work with organic produce customers.

Throughout his career, Leap has racked up extensive knowledge in sales strategies, business development, and commercial segments. Before joining Awe Sum Organics, Leap worked for several years at Robinson Fresh as a Senior Category Manager, as well as GreenFruit and West Pak, with a focus on avocado sales and business development. He also spent several years at Dulcinea Farms and Ready Pac with a concentration on specialty and organic produce sales.
