SOLEDAD, CA - Braga Fresh is set to unveil new additions to its conventional chopped salad kit line and two new organic chopped salad kits at the upcoming International Fresh Produce Association's (IFPA) Atlanta, Georgia, event.

Shannon Yamada, Senior Director of Product Development, Braga Fresh

“Each new chopped salad kit was inspired by trending flavor profiles influenced by restaurants and popular recipes being shared on social media,” said Senior Director of Product Development Shannon Yamada. “The popularity of bowls and wraps continues to grow, and these new chopped salads can be enjoyed as a salad, bowl, or wrap with the addition of protein to make a complete meal.”

The new conventional chopped salad kits include Fajita Style with crunchy dried sweet corn and crispy onions, Sweet Chili with crunchy pineapple habanero sesame chips, and Honey Mustard, which offers a blend of sweet and tangy flavors mixed with crunchy sunflower seeds.

In the organic arena, Braga Fresh will showcase its Basil Crunch and Jalapeño Ranch organic chopped salad kits. The company said this move follows its previous introduction of organic salad blends under the Farmer's Market Favorites label, a line extension for Josie's Organics salad blends.

Visitors to the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show can find Braga Fresh in the Grower Shipper pavilion at booth B3661. In addition to its newest items, the company will display its entire Josie's Organics product line, including cut vegetables, tender leaves, and salad kits.
