LA CAÑADA FLINTRIDGE, CA - The Allen Lund Company is pleased to announce a promotion and company awards from the annual Managers' Meeting. Mike Terry was promoted to Senior Director of DevOps, ALC Rochester won the Gear Up award, and CBOA won the Play Like A Champion award. The two company awards recognize the top-performing sales office and support department for the year of 2024.

The gathering is an annual event that brings together the company's executive team and office General Managers to network, review the year, and discuss future plans.

Chetan Tandon, Chief Information Officer, stated in a recent press release, "I am proud to announce Mike Terry's promotion to Senior Director of DevOps. For over 22 years, Mike has worked with the company, rising through the ranks and taking on every challenge we could throw at him—and he did it all so well. As our Senior Director, Mike can focus on further developing our in-house software product and manage a team to keep moving ALC forward."

Mike Terry shared, "I am deeply grateful to the leadership at ALC for providing me with a remarkable path to grow over the past 22 years. They’ve entrusted me with opportunities and challenges that have shaped my career, leading to my new role as Senior Director of DevOps. I’m thankful for the trust, friendship, and guidance from the Lund family, Chetan, and the entire Executive team. Allen established an incredible standard for what this company represents, a bar the Executive team continues to uphold, and I aspire to honor their example in this exciting new chapter."
