“We’ve had many recent accomplishments and developments due to our investment in solving our customers’ biggest challenges and commitments to providing quality produce year-round and across North America,” Elyse notes. “We’ve invested in our R&D division to continuously improve the varieties of our tomatoes and vegetables, both on the fields and in our greenhouses. We’ve also expanded our compostable packaging line, showcasing our commitment to reducing waste across our operations. These accomplishments and developments not only position us for future success but have also amplified our commitment to sustainability and innovation.”

In 2020, Lipman Family Farms introduced an internal Accelerator Program, which allows the company to explore new operational efficiencies, such as augmenting its harvesting practices with technology to reduce the physical toll of picking.
