Trader Joe's Adds New Store in Fort Myers, Florida
LEE COUNTY, FL - Trader Joe’s is continuing to dominate the retail real estate scene. On top of rolling out four new stores across the country, the natural grocer has its sights set on a new location in Fort Myers, Florida.
With 19 stores already in 19 cities across Florida, Trader Joe’s is marking another first foray into a new city in the Sunshine State. According to local news source, NBC-2, the county had previously rejected the grocer’s plans for the new location twice before the final approval on August 21.
The new Trader Joe’s store will be located in Page Field Commons, right off U.S. 41. The nearest—and only other—Trader Joe’s in Southwest Florida is in Naples.
