SALINAS, CA - Church Brothers Farms’ most recent leadership update made headlines as the grower welcomes its newest Senior Director of Raw Product Procurement (United States/Mexico) to the fold. The company has announced that Martin Sotelo has joined its ranks and will take over the integral role.
Sotelo will now be responsible for supporting the global organization’s raw product procurement activities. As a press release noted, Sotelo’s duties align with the company’s business strategy of developing a supply chain that ensures a continuous and coordinated supply of raw material.

A proud Wildcat, Sotelo has a degree in Ag Economics from the University of Arizona.
“We’re excited to welcome Martin to the Church Brothers team,” said Art Munoz, Vice President of Raw Product Procurement for Church Brothers Farms. “His background and experience will undoubtedly be an asset as we continue to grow and further develop our sourcing strategy for both U.S. and Mexico operations.”
