Among the series of new items is a range of Taylor Farms Mini Chopped Kits that offer shoppers flavor, quality, and fast meal options. They are single-serve and already prepped, cleaned, and ready to enjoy for individual consumers. According to a release, the flavors being showcased include:

Taylor Farms will also be showcasing its Veggie Chips and Dip Tray, which is conveniently packaged and ready to eat, in the Radish & Carrot Chips, Celery Bites, and Buffalo Bleu Dip variety. The offering features crunchy radish and carrot chips, perfectly portioned celery bites, and a savory cheesy buffalo bleu dip.

Earthbound Farm will be highlighting its Bright and Crunchy Blends, which includes three new offerings that bring fresh flavor, color, and crunch to the organic salad set. Peel-and-reseal technology supports new product offerings due to the modified atmosphere and reduces plastic.

Varieties include:

• Romaine + Butter Crunch— Chopped Romaine, baby red butter lettuce, shredded carrots
• Little Gem Kale Crunch— Chopped little gems, shredded kale, chopped radicchio, shredded green cabbage, shredded broccoli stalk
