WEEKEND WEATHER WARMUP AND STRONG PRODUCTION IN FLORIDA
Going into the weekend weather around the main North American growing regions is fairly quiet. If you read our Tuesday update then you are up to speed with what is going on, not much has changed.
The Florida warm-up starts in earnest today with maximum temperatures reaching into the 80°s up and down the state. In Plant City, temperatures will peak on Sunday with a maximum of 87° and low of 69°. Temperatures in Plant City will remain in the upper 80°s until Friday when temperatures will cool off into the 70°s once again.
Belle Glade will reach a high of 86°s on Sunday with a minimum of 68°. Belle Glade highs will remain in the 80°s through at least next weekend.
Homestead will be the hottest spot in Florida this weekend as minimum temperatures reach as high as 73° today with a maximum temperature of 83°. These warmer temperatures will continue through at least next weekend. Look for production out of this region to be strong.
NORTH AMERICAN GROWING REGIONS STRONG
The remainder of U.S., Mexico, and Central American growing regions appear to be experiencing normal weather conditions for this time of year.
