SALINAS, CA - If you’re a longtime reader of AndNowUKnow, by now you have come to realize that nothing gets us quite as excited as leadership announcements. Adding some extra joy to our morning, Church Brothers Farms revealed the appointment of Stacy Radich as its new Chief Financial Officer, effectively immediately. What a way to kick off a Friday!

“I am excited to step into the CFO role and assist the company with executing its strategic plan,” Radich commented. “I am fortunate to have a great accounting team, executive team, and Board Members supporting me and providing value to the financial decisions of the company.”

Over the last three years, Radich has played a key role on the Church Brothers team, noted a release. Having joined the company in 2018 as Director of Accounting, she has since used her skills to drive results within the department.

“Stacy knows all facets of our business,” Chief Executive Officer Brian Church commented. “She shares our values and passion as we push forward as a leader in the fresh produce industry. We are thrilled to have her join our executive team.”

Prior to joining Church Brothers, Radich honed her finance and leadership experience as Senior Manager at Hayashi Wayland from 2009 to 2018. In total, she has over 15 years of finance and accounting expertise, and throughout her career has continued to build her fresh produce prowess as a Senior Financial Auditor for various companies in the Salinas Valley of California.

Radich is a Watsonville, California native, and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from nearby Santa Clara University. She also became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2011.
