US Foods Board of Directors Announces Key Leadership Changes
ROSEMONT, IL - Action is the catalyst for fulfilling commitment. US Foods Holding Corp. has committed to improving its corporate governance practices and recently made some changes to its executive structure to further these efforts. The company’s Board of Directors recently completed a governance review and announced the following changes as a result.
A press release outlined that the Board decided to separate the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chair, effective immediately. As a result, independent lead director Robert M. Dutkowsky will step up as non-executive Chair while Pietro Satriano continues as CEO and director.
The Board has also elected Cheryl A. Bachelder to serve as Chair of the Compensation Committee of the Board. Additionally, Ann E. Ziegler will now serve as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Each of these appointments are effective immediately.
