According to The Key, a letter of intent from Costco asserts that this new store could be opening up next year. The addition will be part of a 145-acre rezoning project led by the City of Pasco.

Although ground has not yet been broken for this project, the news source teased rumors that the process will begin in early 2022. Costco reportedly does not comment on future store plannings, but we expect that further news on this location will surface before long.
