Limoneira Celebrates 130th Anniversary; Harold S. Edwards Comments
SANTA PAULA, CA - Last summer, Limoneira kicked off the celebration of its 130th anniversary through a creative campaign: 130 Years of Heritage. Now, the supplier has officially surpassed that milestone. On March 4, 2023, team members gathered for a luncheon to celebrate the occasion.
"Every new or old member of Limoneira is celebrated as another unique addition to our most important asset, our people," noted Harold S. Edwards, President and Chief Executive Officer, whose family's involvement goes back five generations.
At the luncheon, Limoneira employees enjoyed delicious food and each other's company as they reflected on the company's history. According to a release from the grower, a hallmark of Limoneira is its deep commitment to its employees and sustainable practices. Many of its employees have worked at the company for years, decades, and even generations.
With 130 more years ahead of it, Limoneira remains committed to maintaining its heritage, history, and legacy in agriculture.
