PLANT CITY, FL - For the 5th year in a row, Wish Farms is participating in the Florida Strawberry Festival as its official Soundstage Sponsor.

The festival takes place in the Winter Strawberry Capital of the World, Plant City. According to the festival’s website, it was inaugurated back in 1930 when members of the Plant City Lions Club had the idea of an event to celebrate the bountiful harvest of strawberries. The festival lasts 11 days, and generates an attendance of about half a million patrons.

Concerts take place twice each day at both 3:30 and 7:30pm on the Soundstage, which holds up to 14,000 attendees. This year's acts include stars like John Legend, Loretta Lynn, and Scotty McCreery. You can see the entire lineup here. 

Wish Farms has a stand selling strawberries in front of the stage and promotional videos that play on the stage before each show. In these videos you can take a strawberry trivia challenge, experience a “How’s My Picking” mission, and learn more about the people who grow your strawberries. And to add to the fun, before each show the Pixie Patrol, dressed in Wish Farms promo gear is introduced in the front of the stage. 5 winners in the crowd are pre-selected to win a Wish Farms Pixie Patrol prize pack which includes a reusable shopping tote, drink koozie, and fresh picked premium strawberries.
