OWATONNA, MN - The key to growth in this industry is a strong leadership team. A new Chief has emerged as Revol Greens continues to build out its expansion plans, recently appointing Michael B. Wainscott as its new Chief Financial Officer.

In this newly-created role, Wainscott will oversee industry partnerships, future capital raises, and IT, according to a company release. Wainscott brings with him extensive experience in strategic and operational finance leadership, as well as food and ingredient technology. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Benson Hill, Inc, and prior to that, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Technology Crops International. Wainscott also held the CFO position at Kings, PWNC, and New Acme Markets.

“Michael shares Revol’s vision to build five facilities in five years. His highly relevant experience in the areas of management, operations, venture equity, funding, and risk management are an essential piece to meeting our business goals,” said CEO Mark Schulze.

Wainscott has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Guilford College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and Certified Information Technology Professional, and also serves as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
