Boskovich Fresh Food Group Launches New Green Fork Salad Kits; Deep Silver Comments
CALIFORNIA & NEVADA - Time to make the produce aisle a little more green! Boskovich Fresh Food Group subsidiary Fresh Prep has rolled out multiple new products under its Green Fork brand. The new Everything But The Burger™ and All Hail Lemon Kale™ join the previously introduced Marvelous Mediterranean™ and Slammin’ Sesame™ on the shelves of Save Mart and Lucky stores in Nevada and California.

According to a press release, Silver led the development of Green Fork along with Chef Andrew Hunter (of Wolfgang Puck, Niman Ranch, and Kikkoman R&D fame) to bring modern flavors and delicious combinations to the line.
Green Fork salads come in brightly colored, inviting packaging that lists the kits’ ingredients for consumers. Ingredients for each of the four salads include:
- Marvelous Mediterranean: sweet balsamic dressing, green cabbage, red cabbage, riced cauliflower, matchstick carrots, green kale, feta cheese crumbles, and seasoned flatbread strips
- Slammin’ Sesame: sesame ginger miso dressing, red cabbage, green cabbage, green kale, matchstick carrots, green onions, sesame bits, and sunflower seeds
- All Hail Lemon Kale: citrusy lemon poppy seed dressing, green kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli stalk, green cabbage, red cabbage, roasted pepitas, and sweet cranberries
- Everything But The Burger: crisp Iceberg lettuce, green cabbage, red cabbage, green onion, carrots, parsley, dill pickle crouton crumble, crunchy bacon, and a secret burger sauce dressing
All four salad kits are being distributed throughout Save Mart and Lucky California locations as of October 6.
