BOSTON, MA - Tive has set its growth strategy in motion and there is no slowing down now. The supply chain visibility company recently announced that it has acquired MyTrackingDevices, a London-based shipment and asset tracking company, to further expand its portfolio of offerings and its global reach.
"Tive is excited to leverage the brand and expertise of the MyTrackingDevices team to expand our footprint in Northwestern Europe," said Krenar Komoni, Founder and CEO, Tive. "Matt and his team add a new level of sales, business development, and customer service to our existing offices in Central and Eastern Europe."
MyTrackingDevices was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in London. As noted in a press release, the company currently serves customers such as Lindt, Siemens Healthineers, Rao’s Homemade, and other leaders in vaccine distribution, electronics, healthcare, election ballots, and food and beverage. MyTrackingDevices provides companies with custom tracking and monitoring services for shipments and assets across multiple industries, and has extensive market experience.
"Customers have looked to us for innovative trackers that fit hundreds of shipment tracking requirements," said Matthew Holland, CEO, MyTrackingDevices. "This acquisition is an opportunity to offer Tive's in-transit visibility solutions to an even broader base of customers, and I couldn’t be more excited to join an amazing team that is 100 percent focused on their customers."
Following its record growth in 2020 and a $12 million series A funding round, Tive wants to continue to expand its global footprint and operations to further serve the shipping and logistics industry.
Tive recently formed key partnerships with project44 and FourKites in its mission to elevate global shipment visibility to new levels.
